INDEX D / 04

Have a reason
for every choice.

Great interfaces have personality, but the product always wins. Craft the hierarchy, honor the actual user task, make motion explain cause and effect, and verify what you claim to have tested.

01 / TRUTH

Start with a real job.

Write down who arrives, what they need, and the real next step. Remove invented KPIs, phantom users and empty claims. The design should feel impossible to swap onto an unrelated product.

02 / HIERARCHY

Make the first glance count.

Strong typography and composition help visitors find the headline, purpose and action. Distinctive does not mean cluttered or mysterious. Familiar controls can sit inside a unique visual system.

03 / MOTION

Movement has a job.

Animate state transitions, orientation and feedback. Provide equivalent static outcomes. Skip ambient looping, scroll hijacking, fake typing and decorative entrance effects that hide content.

04 / CRAFT

Choose a visual grammar.

Give type, imagery, spacing, density and interaction one point of view, then vary the compositional rhythm. Avoid the repeated centered headline, three identical cards and purple glow on every screen.

05 / INCLUSION

Every person belongs.

Keyboard operation, screen-reader semantics, touch targets, real contrast, text zoom, long translations, RTL when needed, and reduced motion are part of design, not a final plugin install.

06 / ENGINEERING

Code what you show.

Previews clearly identify mocks. Real products must survive error, empty, offline, slow and interrupted states. Test at 360px and wide desktops. Performance and recovery count as polish.

07 / RIGHTS

Open source is specific.

Original Prompt-Vault code is MIT. Third-party examples, font files, screenshots, photographs and premium components have separate terms. Analyze inspiration; do not redistribute unlicensed component catalogs.
